What the plan covers
The cost of a year of membership is less than a single full preventive visit at our normal rates. For most families, the plan pays for itself the first appointment.

Beyond preventive
When you pay in full at the time of service, members receive a 25% discount on restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatment. Accepted payment methods: cash, check, debit card, and credit card.
Credit card transactions carry a 3.5% processor surcharge. We also accept CareCredit, though CareCredit payments are subject to discount adjustments due to merchant fees.
Monthly financing
Membership qualifies you for in-house financing with monthly payments up to six months interest-free. For larger cases we offer extended payment plans through CareCredit.
